Vivia Martin

Vivia enjoys the longest tenure at GravityFree next to the owner, Scott Heaps. She helped the company go from start-up to mainstay. She brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping to the table and keeps the office environment comfortable and welcoming for the GravityFree staff and clients.

Prior to joining the workforce, she was a stay-at-home mom of five children for 17 years, where she learned patience, compromise and how to get things done in a timely fashion. Vivia’s responsibilities include A/R, A/P and all the workings to run a smoothly operating office. Her tasks are too numerous to mention, but range from billing and payroll to being the first person to greet the client -whether on the phone or in person.
