Lee Wetherington Homes Launches New User-Centric Website

Sarasota, Fla. – Lee Wetherington Homes has improved its Web presence and online communication with its customers by redesigning its Web site, www.lwhomes.com. They partnered with Sarasota Web agency GravityFree to create a Web site and online strategy that elevates the premier homebuilder’s level of service to it clients in a changing marketplace, while streamlining their internal processes.

Improvements to the new site include detailed property listings, information about communities, a search mechanism for inventory homes, vibrant photo galleries of their Signature Homes and LeeSure Water Pools, and video footage of homes that they used to send out on DVDs can now be viewed online.

The site has a Home Manager feature: a user login area, which allows visitors to create a profile of their favorite homes and compare different models. Another component of this feature is an interactive buyer’s section that takes Lee Wetherington home buyers step-by-step through the course of building their home, allowing them to manage the progress and actively participate in the home building process - from pre-construction to design and décor. It also serves as a document repository for important papers such as contracts, plans, home warranties, etc.
