Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty is located on-site in the premier master-planned community of Lakewood Ranch - one of Florida’s largest master-planned communities. Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty is a wholly owned subsidiary of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, Inc. (SMR), the parent company of the developers of Lakewood Ranch. Originally incorporated in 1996, Lakewood Ranch Realty Company started its Commercial Division as part of the development of the Lakewood Ranch master plan and soon after incorporated their successful Residential Division.
