About the Client
Lee Wetherington Homes has been building award-winning homes since 1974. LWH is in over a dozen established communities throughout Southwest Florida. Their buyer-centric business model empowers customers to be active in their home-building process with resources such as a pool division, design center, architectural center, a buyer handbook and quarterly classes for buyers conducted by Lee Wetherington himself.
Lee Wetherington Homes's Goals
The goals of the new site are to improve the LWH Web presence and online communications with customers in a way that elevates the premier homebuilder’s level of service in a changing marketplace, while streamlining internal processes.
Web Solutions
The new site includes detailed property listings, information about communities, a search mechanism for inventory homes, and vibrant photo galleries. Video footage of their homes can now be viewed online. A Home Manager feature with user login allows visitors to create a profile of their favorite homes and compare different models. An interactive buyer’s section takes LWH buyers step-by-step through the course of building their home, allowing them to manage the progress and actively participate in the home building process - from pre-construction to design and décor. It also serves as a document repository for important papers such as contracts, plans, home warranties, etc. As part of an ongoing internet marketing strategy, GravityFree has created an eNewsletter campaign and also manages a search marketing strategy for LWH to maximize their search engine results in the challenging real estate economy.
Client Quote
“The long-term relationships we want to build with our clients require optimal communication and service management. The website is a tool that has streamlined these processes,” said Lee Wetherington, “GravityFree helped us create a two-way street; one where we get to provide our clients with better service, and they get to be involved in an interactive and proactive way, putting them in the driver’s seat.”
